Please note - the final date to submit registrations is the Sunday before a banquet!

GCGB Registration forms:

Members of the GCGB Community - we no longer use paper registration forms. Please use the online registration process to register your guests! If you are not a member of the GCGB Community, please ask someone who has attended GCGB to invite you, they will be delighted to do so! Login to the Weekends page as a community member and click on the registration link.

Sponsors, please note there is no longer a paper sponsor form, please use the online registration process!

Please note that the registration is not complete until the $50 guest registration fee has been submitted. If your guest cannot afford the registration fee, please contact the GCGB Registration Coordinator at greaterchicagogb@gmail.com or monica@chaostoorder.com.
